Lesson 3: One Light

I used a green gel sheet to represent "solitude"  in my subject. I  placed the gel sheet over the light source which gave a greenish cast and a color effect over the subject. I decided to do it for only half her face. 

To convey "mysteriousness and drama" I positioned my subject in front of the camera and had the light source shine directly behind the subject and placed fillers to make sure there was no light coming from the front, this allowed for a "silhouette" shot.
